At this time you have made the decision to hire REEF as your partner in the home building process. We will initiate and sign a Deposit Agreement.

This agreement does not obligate you to build anything, but simply outlines the preliminary services you have engaged REEF to conduct, and represents a commitment to each other to work in good faith to build your new home, remodel, and/or addition.

At the time of the Deposit Agreement we also commit to a starting month, and hold an opening in our schedule for you.
